FOUNDER, CEO
Kame Magar is the founder and CEO of our trekking company. His journey is a true reflection of dedication , perseverance , and a deep connection with the Himalayas. Born and raised in the mountain region of Nepal , he grew up surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes that have inspired travelers from around the world.
His career in the trekking industry began as a porter , where he carried trekking equipment across challenging mountain trails. This experience taught him the importance of hard work, responsibility, and understanding the needs of trekkers. After a several years , he advanced to working as a trekking cook, preparing nutritious meals for the guests in a remote Himalayan regions while ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.
Driven by his passion for tourism and continuous learning , Kame Magar later became a licensed trekking guide. Over the years, he has successfully guided trekkers on numerous adventures across Nepal , sharing not only the beauty of the mountains but also the country’s rich culture , traditions, and hospitality. His calm leadership , local knowledge, and commitment to safety have earned the trust of clients from around the world.
Although his formal education is at the middle- school level, Kame Magar believes that’s experience , honesty , and a lifelong learning are the foundation of a success. Kame Magar’s says that the world wellknow scientist Albert Einstein ” The only source of knowledge is experience.” Through years of working in the mountains, he has gained a pratical knowledge that cannot be learned from the textbooks alone. His ability to communicate with the international visitors, solve problems in a remote environments, and lead trekking teams has made him a respected professional in Nepal’s trekking industry.
Today, as the CEO of our company , Kame Magar leads with the integrity ,humility, and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable Himalayan experience. He is dedicated to promoting responsible tourism, supporting local communities and ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, aunthetic , and memorable adventure in Nepal. Juna Magar serves as the Manager and Marketing Manager of our company. She completed her studies in Business Studies , specializing in Marketing and Strategic Management, Providing her with a strong foundation in business operations, customers relations and strategic planning.
She is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operation, developing marketing strategies, promoting Nepal’s trekking beautiful destinations to international travelers, and ensuring every client receives exceptional service from the first inquiry to the completion of their journey. Her expertise in branding , digital marketing , communication and business development has played on important role in expanding the company’s presence in the tourism industry.
With a passion for travel, hospitality, and sustainable tourism, Juna is committed to creating a meaningful travel experience while building lasting relationships with a clients and partners worldwide.
